This session is a deep dive into the NCAA and OUA recruiting process, explained step-by-step so athletes and families clearly understand how it works. We provide tailored advice based on the athlete’s age, current level, and long-term goals, ensuring the guidance is realistic and actionable. You’ll learn how to effectively contact coaches, build meaningful exposure, and present yourself as a strong candidate. If requested, we also conduct a mock recruiting call to give athletes firsthand practice and confidence before speaking with real coaches. Cancellation Policy
Effective Date: August 25th, 2025 By booking a mentorship session or purchasing a membership with CY Sports Consulting, you agree to the following booking policies: 1. Scheduling All sessions must be booked in advance using our official booking system. Sessions are confirmed only once payment has been received. Athletes/parents will receive a booking confirmation email with session details. 2. Session Start Times Sessions begin at the scheduled time. If you are late, the session will still end at the original time out of fairness to other clients. If the consultant is delayed due to unforeseen circumstances, the session will be extended or rescheduled at no additional cost. 3. Rescheduling & Cancellations 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule a session. Sessions canceled or missed without notice will be forfeited and cannot be rescheduled. Rescheduling is subject to availability. 4. No-Shows Failure to attend a booked session without proper notice is considered a no-show and will result in forfeiture of that session without refund. 5. Membership Sessions Membership sessions must be used within the billing cycle. Unused sessions do not roll over unless agreed upon in writing. Session frequency (e.g., 1x per month, weekly, etc.) is determined by your membership tier. 6. Technical Issues (Virtual Sessions) Clients are responsible for ensuring a stable internet connection and working device for virtual sessions. If technical issues prevent the consultant from delivering the session, it will be rescheduled. If technical issues on the client’s end prevent participation, the session may be forfeited at our discretion. 7. Exceptional Circumstances In cases of illness, emergency, or unforeseen conflicts, exceptions to this policy may be made at the discretion of CY Sports Consulting. 8.
